Our Philosophy

Dancing Paws has been serving NE Ohio since 2001, providing fantastic integrative care for your dogs and cats!

We are a bond-centered practice, nurturing the important relationship between you and your pets as a vital aspect of their care.

We strive to give each pet the in-depth time and personalized care they deserve. We love our pets like family, and want to treat your dogs and cats just as we would our own! We schedule our appointments to accommodate the time needed to provide attentive care and address your questions and needs. We want you to know that we genuinely care about your pets!

Our Hospital Policies

At Dancing Paws, we work by appointment only to ensure our patients receive our full attention. Because we run on a precise schedule, we ask that all clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, it is up to the discretion of the doctor whether or not you will be seen. We want to make sure each patient receives the time and attention they deserve, and respect the schedules of our clients - and this means running on time!

We ask your consideration in allowing no less than 24 hours notice on cancellations. We understand that emergencies happen and some cancellations occur with extenuating circumstances; however if cancellations become chronic, your account will be charged per each missed visit. No-show appointments will be billed the full cost of the scheduled treatment without exception.

We require payment at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, CareCredit, cash and personal checks. We do not have payment plans in place and the balance for your appointment must be paid in full at that time. We cannot accept post-dated checks, in accordance with HIPAA regulations to protect against identity theft.

For your safety and the safety of all our patients, all dogs and cats must be on a leash or in a carrier whenever they're outside of an exam room. Retractable leashes (like Flexi-Leads) must be locked at four to six feet, to ensure control over your dog.
