A Brief Note

About Our Office

 

You may find that when you call our office, many calls are fowarded to a voicemail service. We understand that it's important that you are able to reach us with questions and needs, so we would like to clarify this!

 

Lower Fees

We do not have designated reception staff at Dancing Paws. This is deliberate, and done in an effort to keep your fees at our office more affordable. Our Practice Manager Stephanie handles all incoming phone and email correspondence in addition to her daily management responsibilities, and there are times when other tasks pull her away from the phone.

 

Individualized Attention

Additionally, we work very hard to give our clients, both in the office and on the phone, the undivided attention they deserve. We won't interrupt your appointment in the office for a phone call, and we won't place your call on hold to answer an incoming call, because your client service is important to us. There may be times when your call is forwarded to the voicemail simply because we are on the line with another client.

 

Unfortunately, we're not psychic - you have to leave a message!

Please do not hesitate to leave a message if you reach our voicemail! It is our policy to return all messages as quickly as possible, and every call  received is returned before the office closes for the day. You are also welcome to email us with questions or scheduling needs!
