Wellness Patients

 

Wellness patients are those that utilize Dancing Paws Animal Wellness Center as their primary care facility! These patients may have existing medical problems, but differ from medical patients because Dr. Sivula will provide their routine veterinary care, including:


  • Parasite prevention and vaccines when appropriate
  • Acute and minor medical care
  • Routine surgeries
  • Routine and specialty blood work
  • Nutrition counseling
 
 
 
New wellness patient visits are scheduled in 45 minute blocks. A technician will check your pet's vitals and obtain information about your pet's lifestyle, diet, special needs and medical history. Dr. Sivula then performs a thorough physical examination and any necessary care. He will discuss a wellness plan with you, and answer any questions you might have about your pet's health!

Generally, new wellness patient visits are scheduled one to two weeks out. Clients with exceptionally limited availability may experience a longer wait, but please know our staff members will make every effort to ensure your appointment is scheduled in a timely fashion.
