Hospital Policies
 
At Dancing Paws Animal Wellness Center, we work by appointment only to ensure that each patient receives dedicated time. New patients are allotted one hour of appointments, and rechecks are generally scheduled in half hour increments. Massage therapy and Reiki visits are scheduled in half hour segments.

 

Because we run on a very precise schedule, we ask that our clients arrive on time. If you arrive more than ten minutes late for your appointment, it is up to the discretion of the doctor whether or not you will be seen. We want to make sure your pet receives the time and attention he or she deserves!

 

We ask your consideration in allowing us no less than 24 hours notice on all cancellations. We understand that emergencies do occur, and understand if you must cancel with less notice; however, if cancellations become chronic an office call may be charged to your account per each late cancellation.

 

 

 

 

We require payment at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, CareCredit, cash and personal checks.

 

For your safety and the safety of our patients, all dogs and cats must be on a leash or in a carrier while in the waiting area. Retractable leashes must be locked at four to six feet.
